Privacy Policy

VivahAI is built to keep your family's details private. This page explains exactly what we do — and don't do — with your data. The data controller is Waggle Dance LLP, the entity that operates VivahAI.

Your biodata stays in your browser

Everything you type, and the photo you add, is stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. We do not run user accounts and do not keep a database of biodatas. Clearing your browser data (or the "Delete my data" link in the footer) removes it completely.

What briefly touches our servers

• Generating downloads: your biodata is sent to our server to render the PDF/Word/image you requested, then discarded — it is not stored.
• AI features: the details you provide are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate writing, reviews or translations report, subject to their data handling terms. We do not use your data to train models.
• Payments: processed by Cashfree Payments. We receive only the order status — never your card or UPI credentials. The mobile number you enter at checkout is passed to Cashfree for the payment receipt.
• Optional return link:if you tap "Get my return link", a copy of your biodata is stored on our servers at a private, unguessable address so the link can reopen it on any device. This happens only when you ask for a link. To have a saved link deleted, email us its address.
• Analytics:we record anonymous usage events (like "export clicked") to improve the product — never the contents of your biodata.
• Advertising:we run ads and use Google's tag (gtag.js) to measure which ads lead to a purchase. It sets Google cookies and records that a purchase happened, its rupee value and which page you were on — never your name, your photo or anything from your biodata. You can opt out at Google Ad Settings or by blocking cookies in your browser; the site works exactly the same either way.

Cookies and similar storage

We use two kinds, and neither is used to build a profile of you on our side:

• Your browser's local storage holds your biodata, your language and design choice, and your purchase token. This is what lets the site work without accounts. It never leaves your device unless you ask for a return link or a download. Clearing your browser data erases it — including your purchase, so save a return link if you want to come back.
• Google advertising cookies, set by the Google tag described above, let us measure which ads lead to a purchase. Blocking them, or using private browsing, does not affect any feature of the site.

We do not use cookies for tracking across other websites beyond Google's advertising measurement, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

Your choices

• Delete everything:use "Delete my data" at the bottom of the home page, or clear your browser storage. This removes your biodata and your purchase token from this device immediately.
• Delete a saved return link: email us the link and we will remove the stored copy.
• Opt out of ad measurement: Google Ad Settings, or block cookies.
• Ask what we hold: email us and we will tell you, and delete it if you ask.

Children

VivahAI is intended for adults arranging marriage introductions and is not directed at children under 18.
