VivahAI sells digital products only. Nothing is posted or couriered, so there are no shipping charges, no delivery addresses and no waiting for a parcel.

What you receive

Depending on the plan you choose, your watermark-free biodata is delivered as a PDF, an editable Word document (.docx) and a WhatsApp-ready image (JPG).

• ₹99 — Single PDF: Watermark-free PDF; Any of the 12 designs; Edit and re-download for 7 days
• ₹199 — Complete pack: Watermark-free PDF; Editable Word document (.docx); WhatsApp-ready image (JPG); Edit and re-download for 30 days
• ₹299 — Edit for a year: Everything in the ₹199 pack; Edit and re-download for a full year; Change design, language or details as often as you like

When you receive it

Immediately. As soon as your payment is confirmed you are taken to a confirmation page showing your order reference, and your download begins automatically. There is no processing delay and no dispatch step.

Delivery charges

None. The price shown is the total amount payable — there are no delivery, handling or platform fees added at checkout.

Re-downloading

Your purchase stays active for the period included in your plan (7 days, 30 days or one year). During that time you can edit your biodata and download it again as often as you like at no extra cost. If you asked for a private return link, it reopens your biodata and your purchase on any device.

If your download does not arrive

Some browsers block automatic downloads. If nothing arrives, the buttons on the confirmation page start it again. If it still does not work, email tungumail@gmail.com with your order reference and we will send your file directly. We respond within 24–48 hours, and you are covered by our refund policy if we cannot deliver.
